Look at our garden grow!!!

Well we started this garden in March about the 24th and now look at it. We are so happy. We are growing corn, peas, egg plant, tomatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, cantaloupe, and strawberries however the strawberries are no doing so well. We love to go out and see its progress, and the kids love to help water it. Once it is all grown we will take more pictures to show it off ;)

Two more additions to the Family!

Well since we decided against a dog or cat or almost anything else living in the house besides us, we caved and got the girls each a Dwarf Hamster. So we would like to introduce Buggsie and Cookie. They are very cute and the girls love taking care of them. They are to scared to hold them right now but I am sure that will wear off really soon. They are smaller than a regular sized Hamster so we are OK with it. The black one is Buggsie and the one with white and a little lighter than black in Cookie. Check out the cool cage. Loads of fun:)

So we have had a few things take place since the last blog. First, regarding the table color selection, we decided to go with blue and take Jessica's advice. I will post pictures once it is all in place. So Jessica if you have a blue in mind please share. I was thinking Dewey by Sherwin. Let me know your thoughts. Also Easter happened and we had a lovely one. We were nervous because it rained on Saturday for the ward party. Another event was, Emma had her first 2 weeks of swim lessons and did a wonderful job. We have one more round of lessons and then it should be swimming time :) Oh yes it was about 90 here in AZ today, so we are about swim ready. Here are a few pictures to recap what we have been up to.

Here are some pictures of our latest addition to the house. We love this sectional, it is so soft and yummy. When you sit in it, you just melt into the cushions and the pillows are so pretty with the dark brown I just LOVE IT. BUT here is the problem..... I want to paint the tables a color and I am not sure what color to use. I go back and fourth with an aqua blue or a buttermilk white so I need some ideas. Please let me know what you think :)

Mom's do have fun!

We love Sunday naps at our house but today was time for some good old fashion fun :) This was my all time favorite thing to do with a sleeping bag as a child and it was time to show the kids how fun I really can be ;) First we started with the silky blanket trick because we don't have any sleeping bags and then it popped into my head that we have a mattress and that was the best EVER! It's like a mini roller coaster ride. I felt like a child again. Taylor was laughing so hard and Emma thought we were crazy until she got a turn and then the caution was out the window :)The facial reactions were priceless to watch as they each took a turn. On our final ride we decide to go together, and to say the least we had a BLAST!!!!!!!! Jamie your kids are in for a good time when Aunt Katie comes to watch the kids ;)

I'm back :)

Well sorry for the long pause of no information.... it has been loads of fun:)
First Emma was at play group and she decided to cut her own hair. Luckily she loves her long hair so she only cut into her side layers. But still it looked a little off so she got her first hair cut.

Then we put up our trampoline and Emma loves to do front rolls and let her hair get static crazy. Taylor loves to jump off the wall and do tricks, SCARY for Mom :)The girls love when Scott double bounces them. I try not to jump, for fear I might pee my pants..... all you moms know what I am talking about ;)

After that my long time friend Gina came to visit us for 4 days and it was so much fun. We loved having her and can't wait until then next time.... or maybe we can talk her in to moving here :)

While I was out with Gina getting our toe nails jazzed up, the girls and Scott decided to take some pictures. :) Scott was so good to me, while I was out with Gina he entertained the girls and did NOT complain once about it. He is the best ever I love him so much.

Once all that fun was over I got sick with the flu and a sinus infection.

Well there is the latest sorry it took so long, I will do better this month ;)

WOW has it been CRAZY.....
We went on a cruise and the girls went to Jamie and Kenny's house. They had the best time ever. They spent time with cousins and saw the snow fall in Vegas. That was so awesome! While they were there, Scott and I were on a cruise with Scott's family, and that was truly the best time ever. We went to the Western Caribbean which included, Key West, Florida, Grand Cayman Island, and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We had the best time seeing the different areas and spending a wonderful time with family members. We survived without getting sea sick unlike a couple of our family members :( Our excursions were so amazing. Key West was a fun place, we walked the streets and shopped. Also there is an Emma Street there so we had to take a picture. The water was not so warm and it was rocky. But still a beautiful place to be. In Cayman we want to see the Turtle farm, and to Hell. It was such an amazing place that we definitely want to go back. In Jamaica we climbed the Dunn's River Water Fall, which was so much fun and fun to watch Scott and his brother Vaughan goof off in the water. After that we took a chair ride up the mountain to the bobsled. The bobsled ride was a blast and we would definitely do it again. On our cruise we had the best time with our waiter Ramon he keep us enterained and our bellies full we LOVED him. Our room care taker Amy was amazing, she left us the best towel animals and was so sweet. On the cruise we danced, ate and stayed up really late :) When it was over we were very sad but excited to get home to our girls. Thank you Patt for a wonderful trip we love you so much.
