Emma's update

A few things have happened since my last post......
First, Emma started preschool and LOVES it so much. She loves her teacher and all of her friends that are in her class. It is so fun to see how excited she is when she brings home her class work to show us what she did that day.



Second, she had her 4th birthday. She wanted a pool party so we invited her friends, it was really fun. They had pizza, cupcakes and swimming. However after the party she lost her balloon and was crying so hard about her special balloon that we went and bought her a new one. Because you can't have tears on your birthday :) Later on that day we asked her where she wanted to go for dinner and she picked IHOP. YUMMY!!! She got a free sunday! Also a really nice grandpa and grandma saw that it was her special day so they gave her 5 dollars. She was soooooo excited. It was a really nice thing from that man and his wife and it made her day that more special. We love her so much and hope her day was special one. HAPPY BIRHTDAY EMMA!!!!!

Grandpa Long

We have been having so much fun we have forgotten to blog it. Grandpa Long came to visit and the girls had so much fun with him. He didn't get to rest for one tiny second. Taylor taught him some dance moves and Emma made sure he feed and took care of her babies. We also had him test his taste buds with Thai food. He decided that Pad Thai was really good and that the peanut sauce was even better mixed in the noodles :) We loved having him visit and we can't wait until he comes back.

5th Grade here she comes!!!!

Today 08/10/2009 is Taylor's first day back to school and she is now in the 5th grade. I can not believe how fast she is growing up. She is now to that point where saying, "bye love you" is NOT cool. I am so excited and nervous or her, and I can't wait to hear how her day went.

Summer time fun!!!!!

Well the girls and I sure had a good time this summer. We went to Parowan for a week and spent the 4th of July with our family and friends. That was a blast, with the parade, park activities and the fireworks up at Brian Head we were jam packed with a good time. After that we went to my sisters house in Las Vegas and watched her kids for a week while they went on vacation. We did a lot of swimming in the COLD pool, shopping, eating, watching movies, hanging out, spending time with LO LO and the most important part...... sliding down the stairs and playing night games in the house. IT'S A........ BOY!!!!!!

Well we found out on July 28th, 2009 that we are expecting a little baby boy. Yes we have a name picked out and we love it. We are going to name him Ryan Scott. The girls are very excited about the news and can not wait for him to arrive. This will be the first boy grandchild on my side and the third boy grandson on Scott's side of the family. Both families are very excited. I am a little nervous because I only have girls and girls stuff, so I guess it is time to go shopping for the cute boy clothes :)

WE ARE EXPECTING #3

I haven't blogged for awhile, but we have great news :) I am 12 weeks along with baby numero tres. We are very excited about our news. I am due on Dec 23rd :( so lets all hope I go before or 2 weeks after Christmas. All-in-all we are very excited. The girls are split between a boy and a girl. Scott and I are game for what ever it is :) I am not feeling so hot, which explains why I have not been blogging as often. I will do better as the sickness goes away, so until then be patient.

Getting ready to eat!

Well here is an update on our garden. We have already sampled a lot of zucchini and 1 tomato. It tastes so fresh and yummy. Our corn is starting to grow corn and the peas are looking good. The cantaloupe is starting to take over the garden so hopefully we will get some good ones. Wish you all were here so I could share :)
